High Price Commodities Will Hit Shoppers Soon

Leading companies who produced packs and distributes most of America’s house hold needs had already warned their consumers that prices will be raised on their products. This in avoidable increase is due to the step increase in energy cost such as fuel and other raw materials needed for productions. Most of these companies have to transport their goods to reach resellers and therefore would incur added costs.

Procter & Gamble Co. has forecasted very low margins for the coming quarter due to this quick change in their costs. The average company earning has not meet analysts’ expectations. Their rival company Colgate Palmolive has also the same issue.
