The Libyan leader Muammar al- Gaddafi said that he is open for ceasefire and peace negations provided that NATO will stop it’s air attacks but he refuse to give up power. For many weeks now NTATO has bombarded the cotes of Libya through its combined Air Force powers but it failed to stop Gaddafi. A few hours ago he has released an 80 minute televised speech saying that Libya is not open for peace negations and it welcomes peace. He calls for negations and questions why they are being attacked by other European counties that he never attacked, he also denies civilian killings. Amid his call for ceasefire he still refused to leave his country nor step down from power, which is the call of NATO and it’s allied powers. Humanitarian aid has been put to halt because both parties has mined it’s boarders and harbor approaches.
